What TAUHAI OFFERS:
If you're not really looking for it, you will miss it. The resort is beside the beach, but slightly set back a few meters from the main road, accessed via a four-meter-wide right-of-way. Guests consider this an advantage: PRIVACY & SECURITY. TAUHAI was conceived as a GARDEN, which is why you see a lot of green and flowers: ornamental plants and trees. Although it is a resort, it is first of all a HOME. Joe & Tess live there, and their children and grandchildren consider it too as their second home. This is why you have the comforts of home, and you feel at home. For example, you can discuss with the cook and plan your next meal, and you are advised to inform the OIC what time in the evening you are coming home (otherwise you may be locked out!)... just like home, right?
About Us
TAUHAI is a boutique beach resort. Small enough to easily become your "exclusive" venue, big enough to accommodate your group. Almost a hectare in size, it is the retirement home of Joe and Tess Cavada. Joe is from the Cavada and Paras Clans of Toledo City and the Noel Clan of Asturias Cebu, and Tess is from the Pono and San Juan Clans of Pinamungajan. Though their origins are from Toledo City and Pinamungajan, Joe and Tess had Las Pinas City as their residence until 2009 when Joe retired from a France-based multi-national pharmaceutical company.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WHILE IN TAUHAI:
Go barefoot and walk on the beach. Sit by the shore and watch the sunset. Swim... in the sea... or in the pool. Snuggle with your special someone in one of the beach cottages. Rent a boat and go on a picnic at Campo Labo, a white-sand islet /sandbar 25 minutes off the shore. Take a brief trip to next-town Aloguinsan and savor nature's pristine beauty, in a river "cruise" in Bojo River. Lay face-up on the grass and bathe in the full moon's (or the stars', depending on the time of the month) golden brilliance. Sit on the verandah and take in the panoramic view. Read a book. Or play a game of billiards... or "sungka", or volleyball, or cards.
